Yep frequent poster here hehe So I have been doing a LOT of research on lowering my cortisol level as it came back super high on a recent test. It is HIGHLY recommended to get 8-9 hours of sleep in a pitch black room as one of the ways to help lower it- not even a light from an alarm clock. Now I really dig sleeping in a pitch dark room and realized mine has a CRAZY amount of light coming into it!! So I ordered Blackout Curtains which I didnt even know existed!! Anybody else doing this?
