Open question: how should one become a precinct captain? RPVs party plan makes no direct mention of the role--only precinct members. Should precinct captains be elected amongst the precinct supporters, at the convention? Or amongst the precinct members at a later meeting? Or perhaps they should be appointed by the chair, or by the magisterial district chairs? All of these modes seem to be in effect--how does your unit do it? And do you like that way?
