Yes!!!! The sweet taste of sweets. Remember those? It’s what youve been missing in your gluten-free diet. Wait…what’s that? You’ve been skipping dessert because of sub par offerings? Fear not my friends; the dark days of mediocre gluten-free treats are gone! Uncle Pat has pushed away the clouds and brought forth bright sunny rays of decadent and delicious sweets! Just because our diet is gluten free doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy a tasty pastry, cookie, cupcake…whatever, right? Heck no! Say goodbye to those funky after tastes and “it’s just not the same” thoughts! In fact, there’s a good chance you cant tell our product is even gluten-free. What started years ago in our family’s kitchen has inspired me to begin this venture. Being that my father has been celiac for the past 35 years; my mom was always preparing gluten free meals for him and us as well. Fast forward to today, the amount of people diagnosed with this disease in the U.S. has increased to roughly 3.1 million. We hear you loud and clear! These staggering statistics coincidentally influenced my parents to open Cafe on Broadway in North Haven, CT. A place where those with Celiac disease can come and enjoy a meal without worry. Everything from the food to the equipment the food is prepared on is specifically gluten-free. Call it a gluten-free environment...a Celiac safe haven. :) Naturally, with the availability of a gluten-free commercial kitchen, it was only a matter of time before I dusted off my baking skills and began to experiment. Through a ton of research and trial and error, I have been able to formulate gluten-free recipes that impressed even the most discerning skeptics. You will love it! Join the zero g revolution!
