Yesterday marked three years ago that I retired from the City to follow my passion for providing for a healthy eating alternative (29 months of operation) in Corpus Christi, TX. And, along the journey we have met some beautiful people....those that REALLY care about what they are consuming & not looking at food as just food. I say to those that have found us thus far....THANK YOU for your support & the belief YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT...as a cliche as that may sound it is TRUE. Since we will be closed on Friday July 4th, which is typically Turkey Picadillo day, tomorrow (Thursday) we have the battle of the two soups....Turkey Chili against Turkey Picadillo....which one will sale out first....you decide :) You all have a blessed, safe and Happy 4th of July....see you all back here on Monday July 7th if not sooner.
