Yesterday was a sad day.. I dont think Ive seen my feed so filled with updates pertaining to the one individual ever. I chose to stay off line .. to ponder to watch Aladdin with Thorn.. to evaluate and re-evaluate .. get some bearings. I did shed more than a few tears. I watched an incredible thing happen.. I watched a genuine dialogue open up across the world about a silent killer. One we all carry around with us. Some more heavily burdened than others. Although we at times think the worlds should be all sunshine and lollypops.. it isnt always. nor should it be. I have been through massive pits of darkness and crawled out..sometime just barely..we are all trying to get through life..trying to live..exist..survive. Often we dont look up to see everyone else trying to do the same..struggling. it isnt always clear. I am now looking up ..I am raising my head and I see you. Its hard on our own…sometimes even too much..To all of you out there..if you need to talk..I am prepared to listen.. maybe just maybe we can make it through together… Sending much love and many blessings. xo
