Yesterday was an 18 hour day. Drove to Great Falls for a wedding and drove home! Ouch! Sunday morning was quick to rise. Went to church in my heart, swam in the Yellowstone at 10 am with my dog Yeshe. Coffee in the backyard at 11 then breakfast. Played 9 holes and my sweet wife walked the course with me. I scored better than normal. Mowed my yard and grilled garden veggies and elk. Created an amazing dinner with my most loving companion of 27 years. It was a stellar day. I AM GRATEFUL for this day and every day. Amen.
