Yesterday was the 6th annual Women’s Congressional Softball Game for Charity. I am thrilled former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords joined us to throw out the first pitch of the game. Gabby was an annual player until she was injured in 2011. Each year, women members of congress play against members of the press. This year, the members beat the press 10-5! It was a great experience coaching the team this year, and I’m looking forward to next game.
