Yesterday we had the second celebration of life for Brian Webber, my son, in Oregon. It was again amazing and devastating at the same time. It poured down rain the whole day prior, but the sun came out to shine for Brian and all his friends and family during the presentation. I saw people, young and older, that I havent seen in the years since the kids were in school and it was wonderful and sad at the same time. We should never wait for a time like this to see old friends or to hug the ones you love. Today could be the last opportunity you might have. I want to thank everyone who came to both celebrations and everyone who made them happen because I dont think I could have done it myself. And I want to especially thank my children, Jeff and Kasey, Jessica, and Kim and Shane. I know I couldnt have gotten through this without you and your love and support. Now it is time to get back to our regular lives, not to try to forget Brian, as he is unforgettable and will be with me always. But to try to learn how to live my life without his physical presence in it. I know for me this will be very hard to do as there is a huge hole there, but I will learn it as it will be necessary. I love you Brian and always will. Youre in my heart forever. Keep on flying high and free. You guys all take care of each other for me!
