Yet another positive test for curcumin usage. A non-athlete in their 30s had been using the curcumin I offer, due to some aches and pains which perpetuate the mindset of youre just getting older. Upon 3 weeks of ceasing curcumin usage, a random wrist pain arose with no correlating reason for such. This went on for a couple weeks until I could convince them to at least give it another go before inflating insurance prices yet again with more doctor visits. After 2 weeks back into the regimen of curcumin usage, the pain is GONE! No lost time in the docs office, no lost $ in insurance co-pays, and the host of other benefits that comes along with taking care of yourself BY YOURSELF!
