Yoga & Dance classes begin tomorrow, Monday, June 24th. 16 new classes. Class schedule, description and instructors will be online this week. Call the gym for details or pick up a schedule this week. Here is this weeks schedule of classes. Mon: 8:30am YOGA Flow (Scarlett) An invigorating class begins with gentle stretches to awaken the muscles, followed by smart sequencing and breath work to create body heat, culminating in a powerful vinyasa flow. Each class will end with a sweet series of calming restorative poses. Appropriate for all levels. 8:30pm DANCE – Killer Cuts (Gil) Come ready to expand your range of motion and abilities, while dancing, training hard and having fun! All people welcome! Learn basic techniques of acrobatic conditioning, core strengthening, inversions, dance grooves. ______________________________________________________________________________ Tues: 8:30am YOGA Flow (Elizabeth) 8:30pm YOGA (Brettan) Vinyasa Flow, Power and Pilates Blend classes that are fun, energetic and physically challenging for all levels. An adventurous style with a focus on precision of alignment, mindfulness and breath. ____________________________________________________________________ Wed: 7:00am YOGA Flow (Tori) 8:30am DANCE (TBA) 7:30pm DANCE (TBA) 8:30pm YOGA Flow (Gita) Incorporating pranayama with asana and meditation, I focus on the fundamentals and foundations of the postures.With Ujjayi breathing to enhance the stretch and find a unique restorative flow. I work twists, core work and inversions into all of my classes, leaving students feeling rejuvenated. ____________________________________________________________________ Thur: 8:30am YOGA Flow (Gita) Incorporating pranayama with asana and meditation, I focus on the fundamentals and foundations of the postures.With Ujjayi breathing to enhance the stretch and find a unique restorative flow. Based on sun salutations and deep holds, all levels will enjoy a challenging workout and deep stretching while reconnecting to the core essence of Self.
