The longer we reside in this heart space, the more love, acceptance, tolerance, compassion, understanding, insight and wisdom we gain. People think that when they meditate they go to some magical place. Actually its not really about the 1 hour we spend meditating, its how the meditation practice affects the other 23 hours in our day; making us more clear, calm and loving human beings.
