You Can Learn a Lot From a Dumbie Tip #3 Dont fear FAT! Fats are not the enemy as previously thought. My morning smoothie is vegan protein and lots of healthy organic fats added in and no carbs(except a few organic strawberries sometimes) which keeps me energized and full all morning! Forget the notion of having bagels, cereal, toast, pancakes for breakfast as much of these high carb breakfasts will only slow you down during your day. Instead opt for healthy fats and protein. Not sure what a good, healthy fat is? Ask me, after all you can learn a lot from a dummy... (some ideas of healthy fats- almonds, walnuts, cashews, chia seeds, hemp seeds, fish/fish oil, coconut oil, avocado, eggs, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds(slightly too high Omega 6 but not bad), grass fed butter, olive oil).
