God is good. Normally I and my mom go to church in Mt Airy. She called me Friday and said she would not be going to church on Sunday, she went to Maryland Saturday to visit her grandson. I decided to live screen Enon and not go to church, lazy me. With this free time I went to Auto Zone to get a cabin filter for my sons car, knowing he does not eat meat, from Auto Zone in Springfield , I go to the dollars store in Lansdowne, gotta have some peanut with my beer for the game. From there I head for Giants on Baltimore pike to get some chicken wing, gonna grill them for my son when he come from New York. Pulling into Giants parking lot a feel something wrong with my brakes, not problem will check it when I get home. Comes out of supermarket. starts car, put it in revese, and with foot on brake the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor. Put car in park, get out and there is brake fluid on the ground, looks under car and the brake hose to the right front is hanging. Drive car home, knowing I have to get the brake line repaired. Goes in the house and while putting food away there is a card from the dealer on counter. Lord and behold, there is a recall on the brake line, this recall is dated March 2013. I have AAA, gonna call them in the morning and have car towed to dealer. What would have happen if I was on the expressway and that hose had broke.
