You asked for arms and abs, and you get arms and abs! Your wish is my command! 1. Arm circles - 30 seconds forward, 30 seconds backwards 2. Tricep Push Ups - 15 on either both knees or one. (Good form is hands directly under the shoulders and elbows scrape the rib cage going straight backwards.) 3. Plank Twist - 10 each side Hold plank then bring arm up to side plank. Can be done on the knee. 4. Plank Punch - 10 each arm Hold plank then punch forward one arm at a time. Rest and repeat 3 times.
