You know those single moments that take a normal evening and throw it into complete pandemonium?? Like a child screaming because they have been stung? And youre trying to desperately remember what you should mix with baking soda so it doesnt explode like your old volcano science project?? And then all 4 of the other kids decide they must speak to you at the same moment you are trying to find the right answer online and figure out where in the world you even put the baking soda to begin with?? And you read that Windex helps, so you run into the bathroom where the kiddo has his foot under cold water running from the faucet in the bathtub to spray Windex and trying not to laugh because you are thinking of My Big Fat Greek Wedding??? And you are still trying to find the baking soda after reading that you need to mix that crazy ingredient of H2O (thats water but I wanted to be scientific sounding) to make the paste to apply to the toe that has been stung? And after you have screamed that spankings will be handed out to any other children that ask you another question, and the bedtime story has been read, and the child with the sting declares that he will tell all his friends of his adventures tonight? Well, it made this momma smile and the chaos of those 15 crazy minutes all worth it!! Ha!
