You never know where someone is in their journey, so remember to never judge! For instance, someone living in a small not so nice apartment, maybe even living on assistance, but going to school full time to better their life! Or someone in the middle of their weightloss journey, who still may be overweight....we dont know where they were when they started - heck, they may have lost 50 lbs. already and working hard to lose 50 more! Since we never know exactly what someone is dealing with, or where they are in their journey or what their goals/plans are - remember to never judge a book by its cover! Be nice...it will make your life a lot more fun!
