You only know what is important when you miss it. My Chinese teacher throws a Xmas party every year. I was so excited at the first time. I was kinda excited last year. I miss it this year because of sth considered more important. Its important indeed. However, when I see all of my friends having good time together in that party, I regret missing this. Thanks to our lovely teacher, we have great Xmas every year but Im just familiar to that. I thought nothing new, same old stuff. Now I know Ive missed more than some things. I have bought Xmas hat and gift, learned Chinese Xmas songs, but... :( Seeing all photos somehow made me green with envy and realized sth. Next year, I should treasure every moment that we could have fun together :) [cross my heart]
