You probably heard this saying before that you are what you eat- so you mean I am a sweetie ( I have an addiction to sweets) or I am probably An Animal( I eat a lot of meat)! All joking aside try to get your vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals and electrolytes in!! Eat different fruit and vegetables evey day! I will forgive myself and yourself once in a blue moon when you crave for something sweet or greasy but on the long run think about your health and I go even further you are what you assimilate and if you eat a lot of junk every day not only you look like shit but you feel like one too because you destroy your good flora in your gut and it will take your body a few days to clean it up like a pipe in an old restaurant you have to call the plumber! Drink a litre of warm water with a lemon and a lime squeezed in and that will do the trick! Try to cover your nutritional needs with a bit of everything a good source of lean protein complex carbohydrates and some good ol essential fats and some fruit and veg or salad! And if you are a serrious lifter you can use the rest of your soups too! STAY HEALTHY& THINK STRONG!
