You should know, if you dont do this.... youre not gonna be in any shape to walk out of here. Would that be the physical... or just the mental state? Watched Millers Crossing again. Like every other Coen Brothers movie, this one never gets old. Great use of its running time. Under 2 hours but doesnt feel like it, in a good way. I never realized until this time, but theres no real swearing in this movie. Nothing that would need to be edited for TV. I guess the Coens didnt feel it was necessary, which makes me think how necessary it is in any movie. I was almost wondering why it was rated R...... then I remembered quickly. (see video below) :) Everyone earns their pay in this movie. Just a great cast. Can someone put Jon Polito in more movies, please? Violent, funny, endlessly quotable, a great gangster movie. Look in YOUR heart and watch Millers Crossing.
