Your gym workouts are CRAP!! WHY??? No goal, no structure, no compound movements, no heavy weights etc ^^^^---WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A PROGRAMMED TRAINING APPROACH AT SC VITAL FITNESS??----^^^^ The benefits of correct programming are as follows: 1. Fat burning – Compound functional movements utilised In a programme use more muscles, (Burn more fat!) 2. Never bored – The constantly varied programming from the coaching staff is based on a core group of movements towards an achievable GOAL…. 3. Motivation – All programmed sessions are led by a high level coach to ensure proper and safe execution with AWESOME motivation… 4. Am I able to conduct the movements required?? – All of your workouts will consist of simple compound functional movements, which can be regressed or progressed according to ability… (No excuses!) 5. Injury prevention – weight training makes you less prevalent to injury and in a group environment will lead to better gains!!! (Or losses!) >>>>Common excuses
