I will not even bother to react to your attempts to disprove the authenticity of the Hamasaka and Himaambo chats, that is the homework I gave you. My position has not shifted an inch, and that is to fight the kind of journalism you represent. Let me start by saying that when you have scandalized and slandered the entire Zambia it is virtually impossible to know who could be supplying me with information. In fact, I even have more information now than I started with. The truth of the matter is that The Zambian Watchdog (ZWD) has attacked private individuals, public figures and institutions, including the Office of the President, so far with impunity. Within a certain jurisdiction, the social media such as the ZWD have the right to question and comment on public matters. However, the social media do not have blanket rights to scandalize private individuals without any justifications and facts. Please refer to the case of DELFI v. Estonia (and the European Commission for Human Rights. The recent case of abuse of media privileges involved a female individual. Let me tell you that there are independent minded IT savvies, who have the ability to trace any domain or website hosted anywhere in the world and where necessary, help bring the culprits or their sponsors or hosts to book. For now, I shall only dwell on the Zambian Watchdog ( zambianwatc hdog) domain name registration and hosting, which was first created on 7th September, 2008. Thr domain was updated on 29th June, 2013 and the expiration time and date is 10:19CAT on 7th September 2014. The domain ID is 15182666538_DOM AIN_ COM_VRSN. The ZWD domain has its private feature activated so names of the actual owners and registrars my not be viewed by the public but this does not necessarily prevent tracing or contacting the Domain Privacy organization. Although clients such as ZWD pay around US$25 per annum for the privacy, the contacts for Privacy and Abuse are provided for Top Level Domains (TLDs) to prevent abuse and when such occurs the Privacy and Abuse Agents may be contacted by affected parties and this may lead to deregistration of the domain. Where abuse and criminal activities are proved, the veil on domain owners could be lifted and prosecution can be conducted by National or International Authorities such as Zambia Police and Interpol. I have all the information on your Name Servers: NS1.PROLEXIC.NE T (Primary NS) and NS2.PROLEXIC.NE T (Secondary NS). I have for now withheld the IP address and other details concerning ZWD website hosting but I know where it is in Europe. In the last few days I have received numerous thanks and communications from the hundreds of people that ZWD has falsely accused, insulted, defamed and scandalized with no shred of evidence. I will proceed to ask all those who have been aggrieved by ZWD to register the gross abuse of media privileges by ZWD. Believe me you will not be arguing about authenticity of the information that we will submit to the Abuse and Privacy Authority, since you have been recklessly generating it yourselves. I mean to say believe me you, ZWD will not be arguing about the authenticity of the information from the complainants since they have been generating it themselves these past years.
