In Some Department/Sector Of The TV Industry, Their Pay Rates Has Decreased B - Local TV Stations Buy Local Programmes At The Rate Of 1989 C - According To The Survey (Prominent Research Firm) - Local Stations Buy Foreign Programmes At the Rate Of 5-8% Increment, every year since 1998. D. FACT; Due To 200% Inflation Around Us Since 1989, Producers Unable To Sustain Normal Shooting Days And Had Shorten Them. This Is To Enable Their Companies To Be In Black. Due To It, The Working Hours Of Shooting Has Been Lengthen To 16-18 Hours Per Day. And Accomodation Standard Has Been Sacrificed, Drastically. E. With Low Rates, Inflation, Long Working Hours... Unable For A Person To Have A Break And Affordability In Maintaining Household Finance & Family Relationships. F. FACT; TV Stations Been Making Hundreds Of Millions RM, Annual Profit Income Declared To Their Shareholders/Public. G. According To The Survey; Top 10 Programmes Per Week Are Locally Made By Independent Producers. H. According To The Survey; Tv Stations Has Increased Their Advertisement Rate To Nearly 200% From End Of 1980s. I. 50-60% Of The Industry Members Has Their Homes & Cars Confiscated By Financial Institutions, Due To Debt Repayment Failure. J. 30% Of The Industry Members Has Gone Through Divorce Once, Due To Financial Incapability. K. Viewers Are Not Getting Their Actual Worth (Creative Quality) Of Locally Made Programmes Due To Very Small Budget To Work With From Makers. L. FACT; Local TV Stations Has Invested Further By Increasing TV Channels/Stations. It Clearly Shows That They Are Making Money. Some Has Grown From A Single TV Station To Four.
