a cutie pie RASCAL - Shepherd/Heeler, male, 8 mo., excitable but can be trained. He was adopted previously, but the owner tied him to a tree. Although she fed and watered him, she kept him tied to a tree and then complained when he would jump on her kids when they decided to go around him. We took him back to find him a better home.
