ackf teaches realistic self defense--there is no sport behavior involved. through the years many ackf matches had no rules--and people paid the price--usually long term injuries that may have affected their line of work. shaolin is not sport--we are brothers to help one another --no matter the rank. ackf will not sanction any matches within the brotherhood that lack integrity of the fighters and the intent on both parts. those that are still around--will vouch that the most serious dangerous matches that we had--no one got touched. that is an example of learning your behavior. rick rockburn gm and founder
