admin vent: Ugh I posted a vent a few days ago about how mean and unprofessional my boss is. Well we have an schedual (sp?) posted in the back for the employees to look at so we will know when we work. Well this is the SECOND time. I was suppose to work but the schedual the manager had says i wasnt suppose too. What the hell! the manager told me to start looking at the managers shedual instead of the one posted for the employees cause somtimes its wrong. WTF is the employee schedual even back there posted for if "its sometimes wrong?" This is the second time Ive wasted my time and gas going up there just to be sent home! I mean can they even get anymore unprofessional? Ive been off the last three days according to the employee schedual so what if the managers schedual said i was suppose to be there? The boss already came out with next weeks schedual and im not on it!! The manager told me to call tomorrow morning to see when i work next cause "I gues she forgot to put you on there." Well what if she didnt put me on the schedual because im fired for not comming them three days i had off (according to the employee schedual.) Ugh, this is so confusing and stupid. Im going to start filling out apps for a new job but wont it look bad on me if i only had a job for two weeks then quit? Im seriously trying to stay positive about it but dang. Between this and the boss pretty much downing me in front off all the other works im reaady to move on to something new. What would yall do? Im going to try to tough it out but if somewhere else offers me a job, im taking it.
