#als #icebucketchallenge I work with a great group of people and here are some of them with me (and Annabelle Petty too!!!!) We all donated money AND did the challenge! I am not calling anyone out on here but if you havent donated, and can find it in your heart and wallet to do so, it is greatly appreciated by the ALS Association and many others. One of our coworkers was recently diagnosed with this and it is so sad that (like me!) most of us dont realize how terrible this disease is until we know someone with it. If you cant donate, and dont want to suffer the ice water, you can still do something by becoming an ALS Advocate@ alsa.org/advocacy/get-involved/
