any truth to the rumors i am hearing??? that the Govt shut down DHS & at midnite last night, anyone with foodstamps or SSI or Tanif on their cards, were wiped clean at midnite last nite? and that nobody will get anymore benefits until jan? or unless the Govt approves a budget? also i know when i went to pick up the elderly gentleman commods, the commod lady said that was the last shipment until further notice. a friend of mine said she had $600 in foodstamps on her card & t morning there is nothing on her card!! when i called that hotline, it just said we are temporiarily unable to access your card information at this time. i dont even have a foodstamp card, it just said that upon answering.! better send out your hunters & start making drymeat ASAP!
