beastlux day 19 1/2/14 today we started to clean up the Lh rear fender , which has chips and broken sections. Scott sand blasted the fender for about an hour to prep it as fiberglass has to be spotlessly clean .the fenders are fiberglass and are a very strong and heavy construction , the fenders are ready to start glassing we will post some interesting photos next time showing the fiberglass repairs in action. The mechanic called us today and we went to look at the motor and have taken the sump back to the shop to repair it as the previous repairs are raver dodgy and to reconstruct the shape so it can hold more capacity. the motor will require more inspection and tearing down as the cause off the water has not been found yet. So all and all it was quite a productive day
