#biceps and #bellies!!! My upper body strength and size is just about where it was before I got pregnant. Ive had to adjust my workouts significantly, but Ive gotten used to it now, and Im doing about 90 % of the weight that I did before. On lower body though, its a whole different story! Because lower body muscles pull on the uterus more, Im only doing about 75 % of the weight that I did before. So to make up for that, Im trying to train legs twice a week in order to keep my body proportional. Im mostly focus on lifting , and minimal cardio. I have some friends to focus on cardio, and minimal lifting, and are more muscular than me! I have friends that focus on both equally. I say this because theres no cut and dry workout plan. You have to decide what your body needs, what changes you want to make, and adjust your workout routine for yourself, your body type, and your goals!!! Happy hump day yall :-D
