blooming great my back just gone on me,i dropped to the floor loss of sensation in legs :( now severe low back pain to contend with on top of everything else so much for the decompression op I had back in 96 back to square 1 again :( oh well heyho just have to rest up till this spasm passes and back to gp to ask for xrays to see how bad things are just going to frustrate me cos I dont like doing nothing even thou my pete tells me off bless him I do love him he is my rock thank goodness :)
