busy week ahead for north wales matrial arts... mma fitness has gripped rhyl by its core and going full throttle...womens classes, mens classes and even the schools keeping our fully qualified mma fitness instructor busy...and our karate classes have hit an all time high brining out students threw the doors 176 times last week no wonder sensei has no voice :) and bjj well what can we say great classes....great instructor.... tornament trainer has trained our fighters for there comp at the weekend..good luck guys...and our student get to attend there local carnivals which they love so much....why not get involved in whats going on in your area and let north wales martial arts put a spring in your step this summer :) txt .07805169985 or inbox for more info !
