day 89/90 #100happydays :: I knew something was wrong yesterday afternoon but just didnt want to see it. I felt horrible but when I got to the studio to teach, a student gave me that fish cookie (who lost his middle in transport in the bottom of my purse), and the performer in me turned on for what was a class full of hilarity. I spent the better half of the day at Camp Bowie Complete Care today. (See the sad selfie.) Id highly recommend this place. They dont charge you more than $500 which I dispensed in 5s, 10s, and 20s to the receptionists dismay. If youre self employed with only a catastrophic insurance policy, you know thats a steal. Its clean and I didnt have to wait 3 hours in an ER full of people before they admitted me. The doctor, who was so kind and funny, laughed when I asked him if I needed to clear the rest of my day (today). Its a testament to how much I love my work. These are the sweet spots in an otherwise unhappy day. As my sweet client and financial advisor, Arthur, reminds me, my business has tremendous human capital...if I am healthy. And so Ill be taking a few days off to lay low and heal up. I dont ask for them often but prayers are appreciated.
