Subscribers, Participants and Eligible Winners hereby agree and undertake not to hold Reliance and/or any of its group entities or affiliates or Partners / Service Provider, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents or vendors responsible for representing its case in the judicial system arising as a result of his undertaking of actions termed as illegal by the concerned authorities. 16 16.1 Winners hereby agree and undertake not to hold Reliance and/or any of its group entities or affiliates or Partners / Service Provider, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents or vendors responsible for representing its case in the judicial system arising as a result of his undertaking of actions termed as illegal by the concerned authorities. 17 Reliance / its Partners / Service Provider reserve their right to demand production of such further documentary evidence from the winner to satisfy Reliance / its Partners / Service Provider of his / her identity and genuineness or to even waive the requirement of such documentary evidence. 18. The winner must claim his / her Prize within three (3) days of the announcement by Reliance / its Partners / Service Provider via telecalling or mails or letters, as the case may be, and provide the requisite documents as mentioned above to Reliance / its Partners / Service Provider. In case the Prize is unclaimed or requisite documents are not provided by the winner within the above stipulated period, then Reliance / its Partners / Service Provider reserve the rights to transfer the said Prize to the next winner chosen in the respective Offer. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, & subject to availability. The prizes shall not be redeemable for cash, wherever applicable. No requests shall be entertained by Reliance in this behalf. However, Reliance / its Partners / Service Provider may at their sole and absolute discretion offer as an alternative to the prize, cash or cash equivalent or such other substitute as it may deem fit. 22.
