early last evening I bought a quart each of some superb fresh local blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Im going to try and consume all three quarts within the next few days. our ancient ancestors consumed often in this manner, from necessity. most of the berries will go in my NutriBullet with a couple other items. berries are a fundamental source of nutrients that most of us miss. and a couple slices of pizza just to make it work harder.
