On this part, other members of our committees Professor Adem Kamil, Sheikh Yusuf, Ustazz Yasin Nuru, Ustaz Ahmedin Jebel and Sheikh Sultan were listened while they are giving their ideas. From the Federal Affairs side, the Minister, Dr. Shiferaw was heard to give a conclusion for the meeting. “The existing Mejlis is not the representative for the Ethiopian Muslims, Awoliya School must be leaded by a board that consist members from the community not by Mejlis and the Ahbash baptism must not be by force on the Ethiopian Muslims” said Professor Adem Kamil. Sheikh Yusuf also said “Mejlis is the wealth of Ethiopian Muslims. So the Illegal representatives must be replaced with Islamic scholars. Ahbash must not be baptism by force.” Ustaz Yasin Nuru exposed the forced baptism of Ahbash at Harar. He said “Even if now you stated there was baptism by force, we have a tangible evidence, to define, persons who participant the teaching. Actions also taken for the imams who don’t accept the teaching of A no hbash.” Ustaz Abubeker Ahmed also gives analysis on our basic three questions and how the 1992 E.C Mejlis election was extorted. Ustaz Ahmedin Jebel added some point on this and also refused to enter Jimma by police. Sheikh Sultan gives much testimony that on the 1992 E.C Mejlis election, after 44 persons were elected without any reason this persons were discarded and replaced by illegal persons. At the final Dr. Shiferaw was heard while saying “You didn’t know the situation well, but at Awoliya in the name of Arabic teaching fundamentals are working their duty.” This part and other evidences will continue at the next court session!!
