I just had a feeling that this would be National News, for what we were made to suffer cannot be allowed to continue. b) However, Defendant respectfully requests a Judge unknown to Plaintiffs because Plaintiffs are influential people, Lawyers and Judge in Sullivan County, NY. They are very well known, in and around the courthouses and country clubs, in Sullivan County. i) Plaintiffs have many acquaintances and friends in the Sullivan County Judiciary System and can easily be offered a favorable judgment. ii) In the best interest of Justice and in order to have a fair and impartial trial, and to protect the integrity of Sullivan County’s Justice System, Defendant respectfully requests an impartial Judge, unknown to Plaintiffs. iii) Defendant is a simple and humble man with meager means, almost indigent, made so mainly because of the unjust fire. Defendant has no influence but the truth, honesty and faith in the Sullivan County, NY Justice system.
