good morning photo thanks to Dagmar Cab. Morning comes in so many guises, the call of the crow through the gated window at my house in Umpte Vaddo Calangute Goa. The brushing of my cats tail against my undercover leg in the morning in Ohio. The sounds of the singing garbage trucks in Tai Shan ijust outside of Taipei. The thunder warning of rain during monsoon, the silhouette of trees going up the chao phrya river in Bangkok along with the fresh salt spray. The thump on the door that it was time to work the grapes living in Switzerland trying to earn enough money to go on with my travels. I rang the gong at the Burmese Vihara in Bodh Gaya and woke everyone up for meditation, and learned how to curse in every language all from the sleeping cocoons on the balcony...............Morning is a special time. In Bangalore i always walked before i ate, in Kansas City i did the same and when the weather is not being its bipolar self i walk in the morning here. In the winter i stretch do a few yoga poses and then sit in my office look out the window my favorite time of day has always been dawn. i love seeing the sky slip from inky black to blue knowing that night is falling somewhere in Europe and Asia where so many of my friends are.............................and its likely that its even another day.
