I am authorized as owner and CEO of the soon to be built Penokee hills fresh water fish company & institute [the building I will let the men who have been there decide where best to build and what size.] the company will be designed and built two-fold..the institute will teach qualifying n capable men to be certified deck hands and deck bosses, the second will teach the qualifying and capable women to become HACCP Certified. this is certification to handle the raw fish in a safe and proper manner. unfortunately because this will be the first certification class, i need to turn into a, and design a feasibility study for my big investor to decide to let me build the Chequamagon Bay fresh water fish company. only tribal members who already have authority.[a active fishing licence from any tribe], to acess and harvest from lake superior, can get the boat jobs and big $$$, i am sorry for this. he said to make sure we call everything we build the fresh water fish company to get people to realize and pay attention. he also said we should advertise the apostle islands as the hiiwan islands of North America. i would like any qualified men with experience or knowledge to volunteer now but stipend soon, to come forward as i am to pick the 6 highest graduates or any man who can test out, to be hired at half pay and work on the boat. the 3 highest will become the first true deck hands, with $60-100 per day salaries. and granted authority only under me. the next 3 highest remaining will now henceforth be hired in supervisory positions at the plant in both sides. highest 3 woman will be granted equal supervisory positions in shipping and handling. this would be the processing part, which we hope could be built as a learning camp on or near the penokee mountain. anyone want to help?? there will be flyers and air time, web adds, and paper adds. he also said to make sure the Daily press wants to save the mountain..not build the mine, because they could help or rip us. because i kinda want to move fast i am hoping to have a planning meeting with the men/people who have been there since day one, and anyone who thinks they could test out or teach the deck hand class. He said if i could produce 3 qualified men and one fish out of the Penokee Hills Fresh Water Fish Co. he would invest the total amount necessary to build the company and get everyone hired..and doesnt want anything back from me. i know the boat can only be tribal members, but i think the plant floor and processing can be Native or Non native. i will be positive by planning meeting. if i get no volunteers or negative feedback, i will just build the Lake Superior fresh water fish company, forget about any institrute or certiification courses offerings, and association with the penokee hills. i know no one knows me or the things i could achieve before the years of abuse from my husband. but i could write grants that got buildings, buses, vans, youth trips, and i hope like Mary maday or Mary Bigboy could attest to this, because mary maday 2 times asked if she could use $50,000 A&E grant I got to build a two office pole barn gym. she turned that $50,000 into a million dollar youth building. and mary bigboy let me modify an existing grant..so I budgeted in the first brand new youth van every bought. anyway after 23+ years, he is now out of my life and i can happily invest, and create again.!!! please message me here this week, by next week Ill know/decide which way Im going to go. i previously stated that i wanted to move fast because its my life savings he wants me to start with so he can label me Owner and CEO.
