Dear #####, Somethings in this email may not be entirely correct, but I think if you bother to have a lil lookie at the history of Yellow in NZ youll see Im not far off the mark considering Ive been targeting Yellow for about 6 years now... Sounds like youre getting a bit angry there #### - is that because you have FINALLY noticed Im poaching all of your high value clients one by one and delivering 20 times better results for a fraction of the cost and now the clients are realising Google delivers much more at a fraction of the cost compared to Yellow??? Yea that must hurt - having a skilled hunter go straight for the throat so to speak. The reality is I personally dont need the info I asked for - I already know what the reports say - Yellow results suck. #### of #### doesnt need to provide them to me either - thing is ####, not only am I a high value consultant, Im also an exceptional web developer AND SEO specialist AND Analyst - beating Yellow results is something a 14 year old can do straight out of high school having not even passed english with 5 minutes of my HTML and Google Keyword Tool tuition (yea you might have to confer with some of your team to figure out what I just said). You SERIOUSLY sell those RUBBISH websites for 3-5-7 GRAND??? How DO you sleep at night... seriously??? Google Premier Partnership - oh hang on, from what I hear you get the title by the amount of quarterly spend your clients put in NOT by any skill level you might claim to have - am I not correct ####? Yellow cant compete - youre simply a Titanic on its way down and everyone in the industry knows this - just - Im a bit more noisy about the fact. Your captains of industry who run your ship are finally feeling the bite of the icy cold water lapping at their ankles - even your big brands are slipping into the life rafts being provided by guys like me... maybe THIS is why you have to invest in a resolutions team? Because of ALL the complaints and failure to deliver? Maybe thats why someone with some type of legal title such as #### (general Counsel) feels the urge to contact me? Think you can beat me - Im a WEB DEVELOPER #### - Im 5 steps ahead of your University Graduates and their pretty pieces of paper. By the time you guys turn up at work, finish your lattes at the local cafe and figure out how to turn on your laptops Ive taken 3 more of your clients under multiple trading names ;) - actually true story - I went to a Yellow meeting with a client up in Auckland - took the Yellow guy 30 minutes to turn on his laptop in your multi million dollar offices and then he didnt even know how to discuss the clients Google Analytic Reports - L.O.L #### you guys are backwards come to think of it oh Ill have to get the analysts to look at that and come back to you - by the way do you want a job? - that is what he ACTUALLY said to me in FRONT of YOUR clients HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA God we had a good laugh about that over a beer after the meeting ;) I guess Yellow doesnt like the truth aye... professionalism??? Is professionalism considered OK when you over promise, misinform, take far to much money and dont deliver? Oh sush you please #### where do you get off mate! Professionalism to me isnt walking round in a suit with an iPad making people sign rubbish - its about efficient OVER delivery! The mistakes Yellow have made with this particular client are rather generic across every geographical location and industry... world wide, but New Zealand as usual is the last country where the cat is coming out of the bag so to speak. It is pretty obvious to someone like me that, Yellow have made the same mistakes with no doubt THOUSANDS of New Zealand businesses and as such, the message I posted on my private page on Facebook is generic relating to many MANY of your clients. Maybe the fact that somebody is finally calling your company out on these mistakes in such an aggressive and public manner might FINALLY ensure Yellow actually starts to give a damn about its clients/NZ businesses instead of just taking as much money per client as they can get then delivering the same rubbish to each of them - some would say taking their money and running. Shall we begin a discussion about all the misrepresentations Yellow Reps/Account Managers make (I had 1200 clients on my small directory that would happily give me written confirmations of Yellows disgusting tactics to take money and run) I have had GROWN MEN IN TEARS on the phone with me concerning the actions of Yellow account managers post earthquakes... or maybe we should begin a conversation, in a public forum about all of the facts Yellow gloss over with potential and existing clients. Would you like a list of my potential targets so you can start to TRY to repair some of the damage you have and are causing all of these businesses hence the common Kiwi - simply create a list of every Yellow website created by Yellow (or should we say the third party in Aussie thats building them on your behalf). Your horrendous contracts arent working mate - people are so disgusted about what you do they STILL commit to me even when they are stitched up on some pathetic monthly 12 month contract. You ARE damaging their businesses and slowing their growth so of COURSE they are looking for an alternative. Youre like Telecom ALL over again and I worked for Telstra :/ Shall we begin discussions or would you like me to maybe come in and give your staff some courses on SEO, Analytic reports, social media, the REAL power of GOOGLE Vs Yellow, how to run a REAL Google Adword campaign AND provide HONEST reports about its performance, about how to present Google truthfully, the REAL value of Yellow and a dwindling directory that was used as a cash cow before being sold as a bubble about to burst to the Teachers Retirement fund in Canada who lost I believe something like 22 BILLION DOLLARS in that deal? and Analyisis? Crikey struth mate the list really does go on and on and on... Your legal scare tactics dont scare me - the LAST thing Yellow needs is a TON of media investigations or commerce commission investigations in regards to ... well... everything that is Yellow in NZ - it would educate the market en mass and thats the LAST thing Yellow can handle right now - you see, unlike Yellow - I DELIVER for my clients VERY high quality SEO, Informative consultations, Google Rankings and as a consequence GREAT Google Organic results. You hate guys like me because I am the TRUTH. Im happy to stand up in public court and shout loud and clear across New Zealand that GOOGLE is the REAL directory with the majority of the people choosing to use GOOGLE for searching (pretty simple fact) and that businesses should maybe think twice before choosing Yellow as their Google third party web partners. Show us your REAL analytic results #### - the big downward curve in organic traffic. Hang on.. I havent even started here yet mate lol - Im expanding my sales team once again, and GUESS who the PERFECT qualified leads are to target... dont worry Ill tell you.. YELLOW WEBSITE CLIENTS - Ill even give you some inside info - why are they so well qualified? Because they OBVIOUSLY want to secure their presence online to secure some Google Rankings but unfortunately believed in Yellows rubbish account managers about delivery and quality and are paying FAR tto much... hmmm lets see... my team (or even myself) can build a website literally 20 times better than a Yellow website for a FRACTION of the cost and IN 2 OR 3 DAYS! Would you like to know my personal conversion rate of contact to sale with a Yellow website client ####? 100% - YUP thats right, from cold call to close 100% :D :D :D and really I have YOU to thank for that :D Here - Ill do you another favour #### (General Counsel) - here is a list of common complaints (just in case you didnt already know) so that if Yellow even care, you might start to work on these HUGE issues you face: 1. Mis information 2. Failure to delivery 3. Over priced 4. Atrocious communications 5. My fingers are getting sore The reality is that the mess of Yellow and the TRUTH of Yellow is just that, the truth and Ill be informing businesses one by one about how Google REALLY works - which is public information any way. Yellow cant hide from the truth as the IT industry in NZ finally gets more quality guys like me involved in it. Yellow know FULL WELL they are losing clients and revenue faster than the Titanic went down.
