hey Snapdeal I bought a Lenovo tab from SD (order no 3356543909) , which was delivered on 2 nov 2014, the tablet came along with a faulty charger, for which i booked a complaint on 3rd nov 2014. I was told by your representative that a reverse pickup would be done soon (ticket no : 113620240) this was done by 7th nov. Then i got a message on 12th nov (suborder code- 4539666000), that my product HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND SHALL REACH TO ME IN 4-7 days. After that another message pops in on 16th nov, that the product shipment has been delayed and now it will be SHIPPED in 3 days. I gave a call on 19th nov at 11:00 am, where i was told that my product is on its way and i shall wait for 24-48 hrs. However when i spoke to SD, today (20-nov) at 9:25 am,i was told, the product, with a particular seller is a out of stock (it is available with 17 other sellers and i need to order it again) and my order has been cancelled and I shall recieve my refund soon. I was NOT given any PRIOR information regarding the same,it was only today, when I called I was told, Ill get the mail regarding the refund, shortly. ALSO, WHEN TODAY I TRIED TO REORDER IT FROM YOUR SITE, THE CHECKOUT PAGE IS NOT WORKING YOU ARE DOING INDEED A GREAT JOB, HELPING PEOPLE SAVE MONEY BY EITHER CANCELLING THEIR ORDERS OR NOT LETTING THEM PLACE AN ORDER. WELL DONE!! All I mean to say is THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY OVER YOU. I am sorry OTHER E-commerce sites, i chose SD over YOU.. and now I regret for that. Other sites, well work on it. I PROMISE.
