Im not linking it for entertainment, but as an example of what I am talking about in my campaign when I stress the need for our emphasizing very advanced defense systems. I want to bring our ground troops home from the 150 or so countries spread all around the globe in which we currently have them. They are in unnecessary danger, and our missions are uncertain, vacillating, and driven by domestic politics. It is immoral to ask our military personnel to sacrifice in that way. Our current policy is doing more harm than good. The world is still full of enemies, and some of them control countries. In Congress I will advocate powerfully for Americas doing whatever we must to maintain defensive and retaliatory strength of such superiority that it prevents warfare and promotes peace. Peace through strength; strength through superior technology.
