https://youtube/watch?v=fL0VzY5qX1Y Heres my opinion of this video. For those of you that would take the side of the QC truck, ts called sharing the road, the driver doing 58 mph didnt cut the other driver off since he didnt hit him in the ass, plus the amount of time that elapsed before you see the red truck moving over (That QC driver started screwing with him right after he was beside him, see it all to often, you can see it in the nose mirror) Its called a road hazard. You drivers that force other drivers to deal with the hazard instead of recognizing the trouble and helping others avoid these hazards are a huge part of the problem on the road today. All because you dont want to be slowed down. You are just as guilty of rage on the road. I hope this guy loses his license for life. He has no business out here. Anyone that takes the QC drivers side and excuses that drivers actions for any reason should also be taken off the road, or at the very lease be buzzed by a 60mph truck just inches from your nose when youre broke down on the side of the road and your twin jackwad wouldnt let that truck over to avoid you. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for the actions of this QC driver. The whole YOUTUBE post is here: I was driving along i40 west bound near Santa Rosa, New Mexico on 12/7/14 and while Im driving I come up on a disabled tractor trailer on the side of the road so I move over to my left lane, when I start to move back into the right lane, I noticed in my driver mirror that the tractor behind me was tail gating me, as he proceed to pass me, he comes into my lane, he was so close to me that he almost hit my driver door mirror (you see how close he is in the hood mirror in the video) as he proceed to pass me he swings his trailer at me a few times, as his trailer moves passed me I slow down a little and then the driver jumps in front of me and slams on his breaks (I was doing about 58mph when I slammed into the back of the trailer and he keeps going until I guess he noticed that one of the cars behind me decided to chase him down. When the driver backed down the road to where I was, he got out off his truck and proceeded to take pictures, he walked up to my door and asked me did I call the police and did they say when will they be here (absolutely no sympathy for what he had just did). When the police got there and it was time for us to tell our story, as he began to speak, I warned him to tell the truth because my truck was equipt with a dash cam and he looked up at my windshield and seen there was no camera and proceed to lie to the officer but what he didnt know was I had taken the camera out the window so I could prepare the video for law enforcement to review (so he thought I was bluffing) When law enforcement review the video... he was surprised just as everyone was who view the video considering he could have killed us and what makes this situation even more dangerous is I had another person with me that was training and he had not to long before this happened, finished his drive shift and I took over the wheel. As a truck driver we face things like this everyday with just regular people driving there cars and now I see its becoming a very dangerous pattern among truck drivers doing this to other truck driver. Someone has to try and put this to a end before someone gets killed if it already hasnt. Now, I contacted the safety department of the company that this other driver and told them what happened and at that time the guy hadnt even reported this accident to his company, so when I contacted them they had absolutely no recognition of this accident and a lot of times companies sweep things like this under the rug but someone has to take this guy cdl from him before he kills someone out here, thats why I contacting CNN to see if I can get some help with getting this guy removed from our roads and highways. The company that this driver works for is called Quality Logistics PMB 182-2131 Woodruff Road Suite 2100 in Greenville, SC 29607
