Not sworn as prescribed by law.. Yet.. there it is.. you asked for a copy of their oath, and they gave it to you… what do you do now.. ?? First.. you might consider looking for more evidence of “misrepresentation”, and there is plenty to look for: Have they “registered as a qualified elector in an election precinct”?? . did they file a nomination petition?? , affidavit of candidacy?? Affidavit of identity ?? Affidavit of constitutional qualification?? Did the “canvassers” certify the election results.. ?? Did the Sec of State or county clerk (depending on office) issue a Certificate of Election?? And if a Certificate of Election was issued… was the Secretary of State noticed of any defect in the candidate, or their decision not to accept the office?? Lots of things to look for… my opinon is the very first one.. Was the Judge or other Public Office a “Qualified and Registered Elector of an Election Precinct” if not.. then they cannot pass Go… and collect your 200 dollars… Now.. loaded with what evidence you have… visit the officer that has the power to “remove a fiduciary”.. and let them know that there is a usurper of a public office and you are obligated to make this removal officer aware of the situation so that you would not be guilty of misprision of treason. And.. now that you have made said officer aware … what are they going to do about it??
