So, how do you blast through and build a gigantic neutrino detection lab in the middle of a mountain while barely impacting the Reality of the surrounding area? The flowers? The elephants? The people? The politics? You choose your words and actions with care and you are prepared to answer any possible question that might come at you to convince *people* that your project, that lies at the interface between Theoretical Physics, and Observable Physics will barely impact their lives, just as the neutrino barely interacts with Reality, and you *educate* them about what you are doing. You *inspire* people so that they can educate, convince and inspire others as well. Then you blast very carefully. Take care of the muck. Then you can begin your search for ...the most tiny quantity of reality ever imagined by a human being. Theory is easy. Real life is complicated. This is an example of doing things right. I am impressed.
