i read all my the post and comments on the next Governor of plateau state.my candid views are; 1. Jang has only one vote, but dont forget he is the leader of PDP pLATEAU state.meaning he can influence a lot of internal permutations and internal party democratic processes . 2. For unity, equity and fairness to plateau people, zoning should be upheld, unless in the case whereby that particular zone will declare that they do not have a credible candidate THEMSELVES. 3. Politics in Plateau state is everybodys business , so i debunk that saying LEAVE PLATEAU POLITICS FOR THE POLITICIANS 4. What have i done, what have you done to educate voters in your neighborhood? have you educated them as to what their vote means to the progress of Plateau? have you educated them that a Governor, senator, house member only has one vote , thereby cannot dictate for you who to vote? have you helped in building the electorate as an institution and not as an event? 5. Governor Jang has done his best, in the road explosive development and in agriculture. WE need candidates that will talk about Tourism,Education, and human development in their manifesto and agenda, and not talk about drilling boreholes and buying exercise books for pupils in primary and secondary schools. We need a Governor that will transform education in a way and manner that children will have the desire to be in school cos of the digital literacy, critical thinking and fast problem solving gained from primary schools and secondary schools. 6. We shouldnt only focus on the next Governor alone cos he is just the captain, we should also be mindful of the kind of representation in the case of the state house of assembly that we will vote in to represent us. we should also think and talk about the quality of candidates we vote into the house of assemblies, both state and national in order to build a team of governance in plateau that will build and not scatter . Finally, it is expected that the Governor shouldnt make that kind of statement that he is still waiting for God to show him who to anoint. I Feel to be a good leader you must be a good follower .Also Good governance is like a Good football team, where the coach who in this case is the Governor , is to know the capabilities and performance of each team player, that is why we have players that are substitutes .Meaning the governor must have a conduit pipe of team players which in this case are capable to lead and not rule , also are drawn out from the best of the best. That is why there is a difference between winners and champions. Champions are consistent. winners are relative.
