i was down at the esplanade today and i couldnt help but notice so much rubbish! lots of little bits just everywhere u walked. So disappointing to see. I would like to see tougher measures for litterers who just toss rubbish and cigarette butts on the streets(Today I saw a young woman just throw her cigarette butt on the ground there today. She didnt even put it out. I felt like telling her how wrong what she did was, i should have ) This rubbish often blows and washes into the sea. And it makes the place look second rate. What other measures could Cairns take to stop this ugly habit some humans have. What do you think?
