iFindParts is a technology-based process that connects suppliers and end-users of second-hand car, van and 4WD parts in an efficient way. The iFindParts system is easy to use: * Provide email and location details so that we can tailor the search to you. * Provide car registration details, select your part and submit your request. * The search begins with the 3 dismantlers closest to you. If no joy, your request is transmitted to the next group of dismantlers and so on. * We email/text the results of the search to you. * In the case of your parts(s) being found, a credit will be required to access the dismantler information. You will then contact the dismantler right away to secure the part(s). * If we were unsuccessful in finding your part(s), you will be able to resubmit your request. As dismantler stocks are constantly updated, we recommend that you resubmit your request after 24 hours. You can do so with the resubmit button in My Requests. There is NO CHARGE for requesting to find a part. You will only be charged for the service when we find your part(s) and you select to unlock the dismantler.
