iLEAD is an international Tour created by the Thurgood Marshall College Fund in collaboration with Valiant Innovative Creations, to empower young people through a series of panel discussions surrounding five core attributes required for success: Inspiration | Leadership | Education | Aspiration |Determination Program Objectives: To enable a team of diverse, multi-talented professionals to provide first-hand testimonies to young people that will inspire and motivate them to be the next generation of global leaders. To provide a forum that will foster candid discussion on career refinement, your personal brand, financial literacy and entrepreneurship. To collaborate with partners in other countries that will open doors for exchange between TMCF member-schools and students from all over the world, engaging them in the opportunities offered by the nations public HBCUs. This program will launch in South Africa, June 2013, as a brand platform of the TMCF Payne Global Initiative.
