iTunes Store, App Store, and iBook Store customers in many EU countries can now request refunds for any reason up to 14 days after making a purchase. The change brings Apple into compliance with EU consumer rights regulations that allow for a 14 day right of cancellation or return. The Mac Observer Spin: Just because Apple is complying with the EUs 14-day refund policy doesnt mean theres a loophole that lets people buy apps, use them for two weeks, and get their money back. Sorry, cheapskates, Apple has your number.
