if there are any computer nerds on this page that know how to fix sound on a laptop, message me at jenny ramone. long story short: ive had sound everyday up until 2 days ago. no changes were made. now my laptop wont play sounds (excluding windows beeps) and when i go to youtube, videos play for 3 seconds without sound and then theres an error. lastly, when i go to my volume control, everything is greyed and a message pops up saying, there are no active mixer devices available. yes, i updated drivers, done everything Dell, Microsoft, and the internet has said but nothing will bring back my sound. also, i accidentally deleted my restore points, so system restore wont help since my last restore point was after sound was lost. if you have encountered this problem, had it resolved OR are a computer nerd that has fixed this, please message me at the jenny page. thanks :)
